FlexiCapture extracts information from fixed and semi-structured paper forms and transfer captured data to databases or information management systems. FlexiCapture recognizes machine-print and handprint, checkmarks and barcodes. It supports XML, multiple file formats and databases as well as enables customizable data export through Automation. FlexiCapture easily integrates with databases, accounting programs, and customer management systems.

FlexiCapture Studio's built-in form / template designer helps speeds form definition dramatically and increases machine readability and data recognition. A user-friendly interface guides users through steps of form processing, scanning, template matching, recognition, verification and export.

FlexiCapture Studio - Designing Semi-Structured Forms

FlexiCapture Studio module enables FlexiCapture Pro to process semi-structured documents and export the data to the database. FlexiCapture Studio uses a powerful design tool to create FlexiLayouts, i.e. flexible descriptions for semi-structured documents (documents with the similar types of data but variable layout). FlexiLayout allows the system to obtain specific data like text strings, barcodes, date, currency, numbers, separators and tables from semi-structured documents. For example, a single FlexiLayout is enough to find all required fields on invoices coming from different suppliers and with any layout variations, even for multi-page documents.
