Scanning & Imaging
Scan to TIF / PDF - We'll scan your stacks of paper
documents to either PDF or TIF image file types. Files can be
burnt to DVD, searchable DVD or hosted on our site so you can download
them. Eliminates the need for filing cabinets or costly local or
off-site paper box storage service companies. Images can be
scanned as Black & White - suitable for simple text and linework, 256
Greyscale - suitable for documents which contains tints and photographs,
or Colour 24-bit - suitable for spot or full colour documents.
Document &
Forms Capture
 If you've got volumes of invoices, way bills, sales orders,
applications, surveys, questionnaires etc. that need processing and the
cost & time of keying the information into your systems is too high, we
can automate that process and provide you with a database when the job
is done.
We'll scan your paper forms, faxes and process electronic and web HTML
or PDF forms. We can design forms (paper, fax or electronic) and host
the forms on our servers - your clients will think its all happening at
your site.
Document & File Conversions
- Convert PDF, JPG, GIF, BMP, text files, AutoCad DWG (& others) to
flat or searchable PDF formats, MS-Word, RTF for
data extraction purposes.
- Convert electronic forms to other electronic form formats - PDF,
Quark Express, PageMaker, TeleForm, Word files to other file formats
including JetForm or Autonomy Process Automation
file format so you don't have to manually redesign.
Document Archiving & Retrieval
- All scanned or converted documents or files can be archived to a
searchable DVD for distribution and searching.
- Content can be added to your document management system for
online retrieval at your site.
Electronic Forms Design &
Development
 Do
you need to put your paper forms, surveys or
questionnaires online - we'll develop HTML or PDF forms
with fields that look like your paper, but will
automatically
capture the form details automatically to a database. Forms results can
be posted on your server or ours. Form data will be instantly
captured to a database without requiring verification - further reducing
your costs. Send original
Word or flat PDF files and we'll convert them to fillable online
forms to virtually eliminate your manual data entry costs.
Already own capture technology, but not getting the results you
expected. We'll take your existing forms add custom programming in
Basicscript or VBA to tighten up the logic and reduce
