Support Services
| Connectis Professional Services Group (PSG) Customer Care offers both
application support and the technical services needed to develop and
maintain your business critical processes on a single project or ongoing
basis; beyond what vendors alone can provide. We'll minimize your down
time and keep you operational, whether you're staff need re-training or
you're dealing with a system outage.Onsite services are available with our prepaid plans or purchase your
onsite or phone service and may be consumed in any combination you
require
for your project. The more time you purchase, the lower the per hour
cost becomes. Our services are not meant to replace vendor required
maintenance and support, but rather add value where the long distance
break-fix services can't. |
Standard service times are provided 9-5 from Monday to Friday, while
Premium service are for clients requiring after hour and weekend support
on a 7/24 basis (excepting holidays). Onsite services can be used for
project meetings, interviews, technical support, consulting,
installation of software upgrades, site inspection, assistance on system
usage, disaster recovery, reinstallation services, trouble shooting,
electronic services and more. Contact your Account Executive for our
current fee structure.
Connectis PSG Support Services
Connectis Services can be purchased at any time.
Services are provided on a time and materials
basis. You may purchase more or less time based on your expected
needs. Order any combination of on-site or by phone assistance.
- Onsite or Telephone project or technical break-fix support
services for 'n' hours to be consumed as you require. - dependant on
the service plan purchased.
- Reduced Per Hour Costs based on the plan purchased. Cost per
hour goes down as you purchase more time.
- Services are good M-F, 9-5
Optional Premium Service Hours times are available for critical
applications requiring access to PSG 7/24, weekends (excepting
holidays).
- PSG Service fees are is fixed and predictable.
