Document Scanning & Imaging

Scan to TIF / PDF – We’ll scan your stacks of paper documents to either PDF or TIF image file types.  Files can be burnt to DVD, searchable DVD or hosted on our site so you can download them. Eliminates the need for filing cabinets or costly local or off-site paper box storage service companies.  Images can be scanned as Black & White – suitable for simple text and linework, 256 Greyscale – suitable for documents which contains tints and photographs, or Colour 24-bit – suitable for spot or full colour documents.

Document & Forms Capture

If you’ve got volumes of invoices, way bills, sales orders, applications, surveys, questionnaires etc. that need processing and the cost & time of keying the information into your systems is too high, we can automate that process and provide you with a database when the job is done. We’ll scan your paper forms, faxes and process electronic and web HTML or PDF forms.
