The privacy of your personal information is important to Connectis Group. Any information gathered by Connectis Group will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used or shared in ways for which you have specifically consented. Unless we have your express consent, Connectis Group will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We will take special care to protect the privacy and security of your information.
Our Commitment to Privacy
Scope of This Policy
This policy explains our information practices and the choices you can make about the way Connectis Group collects and uses your information. This Privacy Policy covers the information you provide to us offline and at Connectis Group. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to third party Web sites that may be accessible through Connectis Group Web sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of those third parties to learn how they collect and use information about you.
To assist you with reading through our Privacy Policy, we have provided answers to questions that you may find most important:
Connectis Group collects and uses your personal information to enhance your experience on our website and to respond to your requests for information, products, and services as per your preferred mode of communication. Unless we have your express consent, your personal information will only be used or shared to fulfill your request.
Information You Explicitly Provide:
To respond to visitors requests we may request such personally identifiable information as visitor’s name, residential or business address, email address and/or telephone number. If a visitor is ordering products or services, additional personally identifiable information may be requested. However, the visitor does not need to provide us with personally identifiable information to use many of the features of the Site. The personally identifiable information will not be given out to third parties not affiliated with Connectis Group. To the extent that the visitor provides personally identifiable information to sites that link to or from the Site, the visitor understands that different rules may apply to the use and disclosure of such personally identifiable information.
Information We Automatically Collect:
We use some of the standard internet technologies essential to make our site work and help us improve your experience.
Cookies: From time to time, we may place information on User’s computer to enable us to identify you. This information is known as a “cookie”. A ‘cookie’ is a small data file that a Web site may send to your browser and that your browser may then store on your system. Cookies let us “remember” information about your preferences and passwords and allow you to move within our Service without reintroducing yourself. We will only use cookies to view information on User’s computer’s hard drive that was placed there by a cookie from our Site. However, a cookie will not allow our Site to learn any personally identifiable information that User has not otherwise disclosed. For example, cookies are used to keep track of what you have selected to purchase as you click through our site. We also use cookies to allow you to access areas of our Web site that are limited to registered users. Additionally, we may use cookies to limit the number of ads that we show you by determining whether or not you have seen an ad before. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually refuse cookies, or selectively accept cookies, by adjusting the preferences in your browser. If you turn cookies off, there may be some features of our site that will not be available to you and some Web pages may not display properly. By understanding how and when our visitors use the Site, we can continually improve our Site, as well as our products and services. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and many websites use them. If You wish to disable cookies, browser permitting, User’s browser can be reset to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. By using our sites, you consent to the placement of these cookies.
Web Beacons: The Connectis Group Web site does NOT use electronic images known as Web beacons, or clear GIFs to monitor the activity of our Web site. Used in combination with cookies, a Web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, usually no larger than 1 pixel x 1 pixel, which is placed on a Web site or in an e-mail that is used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the Web site or opening the e-mail. (To learn more about Web beacons, visit Webopedia).
Google Analytics™: Connectis uses Google Analytics, a third-party web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses “performance cookies” to analyze how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information on behalf of the website operator for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services to website operators relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google will not associate the IP address transmitted under Google Analytics by your browser with other data held by Google. You may like to read the Privacy Notice of Google located at www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html
IP Addresses: When you visit our Web site, Connectis Group may collect technical information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. This information (sometimes referred to as “non-personally identifiable information”) may include the address (or “URL”) of the Web site that you came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site and any search terms you have entered on our site. This technical data is aggregated and used to measure and improve the effectiveness of the Connectis Group Web site. We do not attempt to combine this technical data with the personal information we collect on our site.
An internet protocol address is automatically assigned to User’s computer when User accesses the internet, and is used by web servers to identify User’s computer. When visitors access our Site, we may log the IP address, however, the visitor’s identity remains anonymous to us. We log the address for system administration and for auditing the use of the Site. We may also use the IP addresses to collect statistical information for marketing and other purposes.

From time to time, we may be required to provide personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, we will notify you prior to the release of such information. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may release certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.
Connectis Group does NOT use third party advertising companies to provide advertisements or allow third party advertisers to track your browsing activities on our Web site.
You remain in control of your information. You may use the same contact information above to send us a request that we delete personally identifiable information stored in the databases we actively use for research and daily business activities and other readily searchable media. Unless restricted by law, we will take all reasonable steps to functionally delete such information from our database(s). We’ll respond to your request to access, update or delete your information within five business days. Before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies or delete any information, however, we may ask you to verify your identity and to provide other details (in a secure manner) to help us to respond to your request.
Connectis Group uses a variety of safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. For example, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing any personal information transmitted to or from Connectis Group during your session at our Web site. We only provide access to your personal information to Connectis Group employees and other authorized parties on a “need to know” basis. Please be careful whenever sending personal information to Connectis Group via e-mail. E-mail is commonly not a secure means of transferring information. We encourage the use of e-mail encryption to communicate with Connectis Group.

If there are changes or additions to this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we collect online or offline, how we use it and what choices you have. Regardless of any changes we make to our Privacy Policy, we will only use your personal information in accordance with the version of the Privacy Policy in place at the time you provided your information, unless you later give your express consent for us to do otherwise.
