Better control on the distribution of incoming RightFax email traffic
Two new features of the latest RightFax upgrade v20.2: Email Gateway Scheduling and Group-based Email Gateway Assignments, will help you regulate email traffic across your organization’s network while ensuring deliverability, maintaining network performance, and minimizing user request response time.
The Email Gateway Scheduler is a typical scheduler that enables you to send faxes at a specific time or in hourly intervals. But it makes your life easier when dealing with large volumes of traffic as you can schedule the bulk faxes after the business hours, thus ensuring maximum channel availability during normal business hours.
Group-based email gateways help organizations control the flow of fax information through email servers.
For more control over your fax-based email traffic, the Group-based Email Gateway Assignments feature lets you assign email gateways to specific user groups to prevent email server spikes and ensure the performance and reliability of email server resources.
