- Call 800.224.3475to report your issue. The CSC technician will ask for a brief description of the problem you are experiencing, the severity of the of the issue and the impact is has on your business.
- Note: Changes in your Operating System or network configuration can affect the performance of supported hardware / software and are not covered under your maintenance agreement. If you are experiencing these types of system administration errors, we will instruct you to engage the support of your network Administrator so that the issue can be resolved promptly.
- For clients with a 24 x 7 contract, diagnosis and troubleshooting will begin as soon as the call is received. Clients with Advance Exchange, Same Day, or Next Day coverage will be greeted with immediate response during business hours (except those who have V-CARE®).
- If your issue cannot be resolved during your call to our support team, our onsite service team will be contacted and dispatched to your location to provide local assistance. Most of the hardware components cover under the Maintenance Agreement includes this provision.
- A technician that specializes in resolving issues specific to your environment will manage your call. While all of our technicians are cross-trained, their individual credentials will match those of technicians employed by the equipment manufacturers and software vendors. Cross training provides each technician with a special talent for managing issues that arise from multi-vendor environments. Training received directly from our vendors ensures that a technician will be intimately familiar with the software application or hardware to address your specific needs.
